Leading AI at cisbox GmbH · hiring AI for the jobs nobody wants · Cologne

Nobody should spend their evening typing invoice numbers into a system. That's what I'm fixing. I lead AI at cisbox, a 250+ people Source-to-Pay group. Our AI, caito, started with the job everyone hates: reading and booking every invoice. Now it's learning to think like a CFO and help big corporates make smarter finance decisions. Started here as an intern myself, now I run the AI side with a team across Germany and Vietnam. Talk to me about trusting AI with real stuff, building with Claude, or turning boring problems into great products.
