I help founders and leaders build systems and teams that ship · Copenhagen

I started out with startups at madewithlove, moved into big corporates, and kept running into the same thing: a strategy that made sense at the top and never reached the team. So I started Captain Nine to work with founders and leaders on that, through workshops and trainings. I don't run your operations. I get them dialed in so your team can. I'm also building a coffee roastery with two co-founders. It doesn't exist yet, so I get to make all the mistakes I warn others about. Most of my job is saying no.
